Honey Bee’s® is a registered brand under Trade Marks Registry (TMR) which is premier body of Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan.
In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery through Whatsapp at 0321-4954470. In case you want to raise a dispute, we at Honey Bee’s® look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to resolve the issue at earliest.
Replacement will be sent in case the product is found to be defected/faulty/damaged. You will be required to show photographic evidence of the defective item through Whatsapp.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support complaint. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, pandemic etc.
- Complaint is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.
- A shipping fee or Rs.200/- is applicable on all orders.
- All orders may take up to 2 – 5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep.
- Once your order gets confirmed an email will be sent to your email ID.
- Every order will also be confirmed over a telephone call before dispatch (Please note that answering this phone call is mandatory if you will not answer your call your order will not be confirmed, while the item may run out of stock)
